How do I place an order?

Can I call SleepTime and place my order?

We can assist you to place your order over the phone with the branch of your choice and if your preferred delivery method is Branch Pickup. If in any situation you cannot place an order online, please call your preferred branch and we will be more than happy to assist you.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

An order confirmation with order summary will be sent to you through email right after you have placed your order. We will also send email notifications to keep you updated on your order status.

When will I receive my order?

After you have successfully placed your order, our Sales team will conduct an order verification process and update you as soon as possible by email/phone.

The delivery normally takes between 1 – 3 business days for most items and 7 – 15 business days for custom-made and larger orders.

Does Sleeptime.co.tz deliver internationally?

International shipment is not available at Sleeptime.co.tz at the moment.

Can I pick up my order from a branch?

Yes, you can pick to pick up your order from the branch of your choice.

What payment methods does Sleeptime.co.tz accept?
